CLM Homes has officially opened its doors amidst one of the worst housing markets in recent memory. When asked why he chose this time to launch a new real estate company, Tony Woods, President of CLM Homes responded; "This is a perfect opportunity to showcase just how different we really are from our competitors." He continues, "Some of these real estate companies have let a lot of people down. They put their profits ahead of their customers needs and now everyone is suffering. My philosophy is that if we put the customer first, the money will follow... it's inevitable"

When asked what makes CLM Homes different from their competitors, Tony's response was this;
"It amazes me that we have to keep making the same mistakes over and over again, and we never really seem learn from them. The answers are always the same and will always continue to be the same; honesty, integrity and service will always win out over those who put profits ahead of their customers. To help insure our integrity, we have built this philosophy into all our training programs and we reward our agents upon these principles as well. It is the core and guiding principle of CLM Homes. He focused his efforts on helping those who were about to lose their homes to foreclosure. He has helped dozens of homeowners stave off foreclosure, and to negotiate a better deal with the banks.
